Returns & Replacement Policy At Notch Above, we maintain a No Refund, No Exchange policy to support our small-batch production model. We do, however, offer a Quality Guarantee. If there is a sizing issue or a manufacturing defect, we will fix it for you.

Report: Email shop@notchabove.in within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Include your Order # and a photo of the issue.

Ship: Send the item back to us at the address below. Ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all invoices.

Resolve: We will inspect the item and ship your resized or replaced product back to you at no additional shipping cost.
