Free Size Exchanges
Every Notch Above piece is made in small batches, so we don't offer refunds. What we do offer is a free size exchange if the fit isn't right, and a quick fix if anything arrives with a manufacturing defect.

How to exchange
1. Tell us within 7 days
Email shop@notchabove.in within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the size you need, and a photo if there's a defect.
2. Send it back
Post the item to the address below. It must be unworn and unwashed, with the tags and original packaging, and include your invoice.
3. We send your new piece
Once we've checked the item, we'll ship your new size or repaired piece to you at no extra shipping cost.

What can't be exchanged
- Items bought on sale or at a discounted price
- Customized pieces, since they're made to your measurements (see Tailored for You)
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
